Original old empty regimental Civil War cover sent from Norfolk, VA to Jacob C. Peck, Harrisburg PA.  The back shows U.S. Capitol and identified Cp. C, Capt. John F. Peck, 177th Reg. Pa. M., Col. G.B.Wiestling.
It is torn front and back.  There is staining, soiling, and wear.  Please judge condition from the photos.
