This is a JNX Sega 839-0158 Reproduction Headphone Board for the Aero Table and others
It is a direct replacement, you will need screws and spacers when mounting it to keep it from touching the metal frame of the cab.
I only have a few left and might not be making any more of these. Get them while you can.
